At LovelyFit, we take pride in offering premium quality lingerie. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives brand-new and safe items.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, lingerie items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please make sure to carefully check size, color, and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • A short explanation of the issue

After verification, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method, depending on the case.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
